ABOUT
I first began teaching Dru Yoga in 2022, and I am eager to share the beauty of this gentle flowing yoga with others. I am based in the Kilmarnock area at the Haven Holistic & Hypnotherapy Centre. My intention as a professional Yoga Teacher is to help my students listen to their inner selves and find that still point within, where the mind and body come together in peace and harmony.
Dru yoga is for all ages and abilities. It is gentle and involves activations to warm up the body, sequences (EBRs) to help release physical, mental and emotional tension; postures to strengthen and improve flexibility and deep relaxation to calm and rejuvenate the mind and the body. I hope that my students experience the peace and joy that this practice provides me. Please get in touch if you’re new to yoga or want to find out more or to book a class.
